The Health Industry Business Communications Council® (HIBCC®) is an industry-sponsored and supported nonprofit organization. As an ANSI-accredited organization, our primary function is to facilitate electronic communications by developing appropriate standards for information exchange among all health care trading partners.

Speaker Bio – Mr. Yossi Dashti has 17 years of Information Technology experience in variety of IT disciplines. Electronic Commerce trading partner implementations include IBM, Intel, CompUSA, Owners & Minor, American Airlines, and Wal-Mart.
Mr. Yossi Dashti holds a BS degree in Computer Science and an MBA degree from the University of California at Irvine, with emphasis on Information Technology and International Marketing. He is a member of the Board of Directors at the University of California, Graduate School of Management corporate partners and an active chair of the EDI/EC of the Healthcare Industry Business Communication Council (HIBCC) and DISA.
